Welcome to Cheese Station. By placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or any other ordering platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Payment Methods

Customers can place orders using Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment methods such as debit or credit cards. All online payments are verified through our secure payment partners. In case a payment fails or does not pass verification checks, the order may be declined or cancelled automatically.

Delivery Policy

Cheese Station strives to provide fast and reliable delivery service. In many areas, same-day delivery may be available depending on order timing and location.
After placing an order, customers may receive confirmation through SMS, call, or WhatsApp.

If you have any issue regarding your delivery or order status, you may contact our support team for assistance.

Product Replacement

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in proper condition, you may request a replacement within the allowed time frame.

  • Cheese products or similar dairy items can be reported within 3 days of purchase.

To process a replacement request, customers may be asked to provide proof such as photos of the product or invoice.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been processed or confirmed by our team. Once the order has been confirmed or dispatched for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Online Payment Security

All online payments made through Cheese Station are processed using secure payment systems. If a payment fails verification or is flagged by the payment processor, the order may not be completed.

Delivery Delays

While we try to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Traffic distruptions
  • Political or public events
  • Unexpected operational issues

If such delays occur, our team will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

Cheese Station does not require a minimum order value. However:

  • Orders below Rs.1600 may include a delivery fee of Rs.200
  • Orders above Rs.1600 may qualify for free delivery, depending on location or ongoing promotions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order.

If you experience any issue related to:

  • order changes
  • delivery delays
  • product concerns
  • cancellations

please contact our customer support team. We aim to review and respond to complaints within 24 hours.

Pricing & Taxes

All product prices displayed by Cheese Station are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes as required under Pakistani law.
